- This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website Nowy Hotel Bacero (hereinafter: the Service)
- The administrator of the personal data contained in the Service is Bacero Hotele Sp. z o.o., Wrocław 53-234, Grabiszyńska 251, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under the number NIP: 8943228086 (hereinafter: Administrator).
- In the interest of the security of entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts on personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the data subjects, in particular ensuring that personal data is:
- processed lawfully;
- collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
- factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed;
- stored in a form enabling identification of data subjects no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
- Personal data is processed based on consent given by Service users and in cases authorized by applicable law for the Administrator to process personal data.
- The Administrator processes voluntarily provided personal data by Service users only for the purposes of:
- responding to user inquiries submitted via the contact form,
- accepting reservations using the online booking system,
- providing services by the Administrator based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address, if the Client has consented by checking the appropriate box during the booking or contact form inquiry process. Consent to data processing for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the relevant link in the received message or sending such a request to the Administrator's email address,
- fulfilling the legitimate interest of the Administrator in special cases under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g., debt collection or video monitoring of traffic on the premises.
- Recipients of personal data may include authorities, institutions, and entities authorized under the law, as well as entities providing services to the data Administrator (e.g., legal, IT, marketing, accounting services, and other entities involved in fulfilling the ordered service).
- The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and to tailor the offer.
- Users who provide their data to the Administrator have the right to access, modify, request deletion, restrict, or stop the processing of their personal data at any time. Users may also request deletion of their personal data from the service at any time. The right to data portability does not apply as no standard for exchanging such data between hotel facilities has been established.
- Service users have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

- Any Service user may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The Administrator collects information about users and their behavior as follows:
- by voluntarily entering information into forms,
- through the collection of cookies.
- On the first visit to the Nowy Hotel Bacero website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By remaining on the site, the user accepts the use of cookies on the website. Failure to change the browser settings by the user equals consent to the use of cookies.
